Study On The Probtems And Countermeasures Of The Suburban Junior High School Class Management

With the city to speed up the process, promotion and deepening of compulsory education,suburban (widely known as the combination of urban and rural schools) are increasing in numbers,the school scale expansion in the number of students, are constantly increasing. But the currentsuburb middle school compared with city middle school students, uneven, the teaching effect is notideal, reflected in the class management is the tired, tired tired, high paying and low effectiveness ofclass management.Firstly, through literature review, on the basis of the existing research of domestic and foreignresearch present situation carries on the analysis, on the basis of a departure from the phenomenonraises the research question, the main problem that exists as the golden middle school classmanagement in middle school; and then using the method of questionnaire and interview method,investigation of present situation of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, suburban a middle school classmanagement, analyzed the causes and the class management problems; finally, through the empiricalresearch, puts forward some countermeasures and measures of suburban middle school classmanagement, such as the change of perspective, the concept of class activities; series lead; open,integrated, using parents resource and so on, in order to put forward the democratic and scientificclass management strategies the class management of senior high school, forming system, thespecific operation mode, to adapt to the development trend of class management requirements andthe development of the school education needs, so as to enhance the level of management, to leadthe students to grow up healthily.
