| From the enaction of "ordinary high school curriculum program (test)"by Ministry of Education in2003, to the carrying out of experimental new high schoolcurriculum in the fall of2004, and to comprehensively promote of the reforms abouteach provinces’ high school curriculum in2010, the reforms of high school curriculumattract a broad attention. People not only concerned about the new curriculum concept,design and methods, and more concerned about the successful implementation of thecurriculum reform."Selectivity" is not only the highlight of high school curriculumreform, but also the important and difficult; therefore the extent of the implementationof elective high school art curriculum is directly related to the effect of the entire highschool curriculum reforms. The current high school art curriculum changed the coursestructure of "same type" in the past to set up five series content and nine learningmodules; so it provides students with a variety of development platforms, and itreflects the selective and specific nature of the art curriculum. Then if the schools wantthe students who have different interests and qualifications to realize the development,the arts curriculum in school must be diverse and optional; the process of electingcurriculum must be clear and reasonable; and the choice of students should be clearand appropriate. This paper aims to enhance the theory to the level of clear operation,to provide operational steps and strategies to solve problems and puzzles, and iscommitted to enhancing the quality of student course selecting in the process of takinghigh school art course as an elective course, to guide students to form personality plansabout selecting course. And the paper made the discussion about the setup of artcurriculum modules, the design of guiding elective course, the correct guidance whenstudents select courses, and the effective use of teaching resources in the operational level.The thesis consists of six parts: The first part: clarify the background of topicselection, the significance of topic selection, the current research and the methods ofresearch; the second part: the review and combing about the theoretical essence anddevelopment process of the high school art curriculum; the third part: the samplesurvey and statistical analysis about the status of current high school art curriculumimplementation; the fourth part: it presents the effective strategy and the idea on theissues of reform concept and knowledge, elective system, selecting course guidance,curriculum content and the building of a strong contingent of teachers, and so on; thefifth part: it provides the implementation approach in steps for the idea and strategy ofhigh school art curriculum elective implementation; the sixth part: make therecommendations to implement the elective of high school art curriculum module, andprovide reference and educational borrowing for the schools which have established, oris establishing, or will establish the elective of high school art curriculum module. |
