The future society need to work together to create male and female, women play avery important role in social life, and women in social life is becoming more and moreattention and respect, while men need more understanding in dealing with therelationship of women. So high school girls and boys puberty sexual education isextremely urgent and important. Language teaching material is not only indisseminating the knowledge of the language of the reader, is also the carrier ofinheriting excellent Chinese culture and world culture, but also the important tool ofsocial gender concepts, to the formation of students’ gender values has played a veryimportant role.This paper intended to female characters in Chinese textbooks for high schoolspeople as the research object, to social gender theory as the theoretical basis, from theAngle of relationship between man and society, the social role and family role of adetailed analysis of female image. As the basic materials of female character valueorientation affect high school students. Through the analysis of the value orientation offemale characters in the textbooks, and help establish healthy gender values both menand women.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, the cause of the selected topic, the significance ofthe study, the research status at home and abroad, research methods to do a simpleintroduction and description.The second part is the theoretical basis, this chapter will historical background andbasic concept of social gender theory interpretation, provide theoretical support for thisresearch and the way forward.The third part of female characters in Chinese textbooks for high schools to peopleas the research object, the female characters in the textbooks of statistics and analysis.The fourth part will discuss the educational value of female characters in textbooksfor high schools are analyzed from two aspects of positive influence and negativeinfluence. The reflection of the fifth parts the author in this study, and puts forward someopinions on teaching and the editor.The last is a summary of the research paper...
