With the constant promotion and deepening of the new curriculum reform, the school-basedteaching and research, one effective method of teaching and research, has been accepted andpositively put into effect by the teachers. However, schools have encountered a large quantity ofproblems in the process of implementing it. These problems have promoted the schoolsthemselves and the regional education management departments to think over and find out somesolution. Among the problems, the most obvious is the lack of professional guidance. Therefore, itis meaningful to combine the discipline background, research the combination of the regionalresearch and school-based teaching research, organize some targeted regional activities to supportand guide schools to carry out the school-based teaching and research smoothly for how toeffectively implement strategy and deeply research.In order to offer some reference to the regional teaching and research from the view ofscience, the author has collected and reorganized some documents, found out some theory tosupport the regional and school-based teaching and research in this paper. First of all, the studyfound that the effective regional teaching and research can solve the problems of professionalguidance and support in the school-based teaching and research. Secondly, the author has surveyedthe present situation and demands of school-based teaching and research in the area, analyzed thepossibility and necessity of putting the regional research into the school-based teaching andresearch, put forward the strategy of implementing effective teaching and research in the areathrough the present situation, and then put the thinking into practice. At the same time, the authorhas offered the implementation process and the regional research and teaching model arrangingin advance and summarizing in the end, which has been participated in and supported by theresearch personnel. Thirdly, we can reflect the effectiveness of regional research activities in thefollowing ways: The first is that we can make a breakthrough at a point and assist the school toconstruct efficient mathematical research organizations; The second is that we can harmoniouslypromote and establish the interactive joint research from the plane. The third one is that we canattain promotion in the body, review the function of regional research and reconstruct theeffective framework of regional research. In this way, we can establish an integrated regional levelresearch network, put the regional research model created by ourselves into practice and get thefollowing three conclusions:1.The regional research will play an important role in the teachers’professional development and promoting the school-based teaching and research.2. When wecombine the regional research and the school-based teaching and research, which will make theregional teaching and research become a part of the school-based teaching and research, we canorganize more targeted and effective regional research activities.3. Treat the regional research as aservice platform of school-based teaching and research, which can not only settle theproblem----the lack of teachers’professional guidance but also change the single regional researchso that we can realize the double-win breakthrough..
