Mathematics teaching of senior high school depends on classroom teaching, sohow to improve classroom teaching quality and effectiveness, how to help student tolearn and promote students'lifetime development are important issues facing teachingstaff.According to mathematical curriculum in primary and middle school of Shanghai, the study is directed by Meta-cognitive Theory, constructivist learningTheory, Cognitive Load Theory Zone of Proximal Development Theory andMathematical Theory of Double-base Teaching; in addition it is based on its previousresearch on the present classroom teaching in senior one and the analysis of studentscognitive level in order to solve these problems. The article sets out effective teachingprinciples, including the teaching contents, teaching implementation, teachingassessment and mental control, which provides guidance for effective teachingapplication.Based on the research and analysis of the present classroom teaching in seniorone and guided by effective teaching theoryand principle ,the writer also puts forwardthe main strategy of effective teaching in senior one, which deals with teachingpreparation, teaching implementation and teaching instruction, namely, how toprepare lessons, choose teaching methods, focus on important and difficult points, stimulate students'participation in class, cultivate students cognitive ability.Accordingly, the section provides teaching cases of different strategies. In the course of the teaching experiment, the three strategies interact with oneanother and serve classroom teaching. Teachers choose to employ teaching strategiesconcerned and conduct their teaching experiments. With experimental interference, students in the experimental class are apparently superior to those in common classes.Students'polarization has somewhat improved. Effective teaching strategies have anobvious effect on the students who don't do well in academic performance, whichindicates the efficiencyof teaching strategies.
