21st century is full of talent competition, while education is considered as the cradle of the talents. the field of education is making greater progress today, the effective teaching has become one new teaching concept, which shows the requirement of the quality education. based on the background of new curriculum, the effective teaching is not only the focus of every fields in basic teaching, which becomes one of the important topics for educational staffs. the teaching concepts has been taking place in current education field, the change of education environment indicates the education reform is bound to occur. Implementation of effective teaching is the requirement of new curriculum reform in maths of senior middle school. it needs us to adjust our educational concept, enhance teaching techniques, and make full use of current teaching facilities and conditions. The maths content should be optimized well to obtain the best teaching result and to promote the students’ development. the effective teaching is combined with maths of senior middle school, which is intended to realize the target of maths teaching. the effective teaching strategies adopted in the maths teaching, is design to establish the complete efficient teaching theory of senior middle school, for the sake of promoting the students’ learning and enhancing the educational quality and learning efficiency.This paper takes the related research results in the field of effective teaching at home and abroad as the theoretical basis, combining with concrete teaching conditions in mathematics teaching in senior middle school, and making full use of approaches such as literature, questionnaire, and case analysis. This paper researches and analyzes the implemented conditions of effective teaching in mathematics of senior middle school as far as the new curriculum reform background and concept’s support is concerned. some students in Shenqiu County No.1Senior Middle School are chose as the objects aiming at grabbing the status quo of mathematics effective teaching in senior middle school, concludes its whole state and comes to some questions existing in the lessons. It covers several aspects as follows:①the teaching preparing is insufficient, the self-directed learning doesn’t work well;②the teaching methods based on different lessons don’t change;③the teachers and the students lack interactive relationship;④the teaching appraisal is not available, the students has no passion in mathematics lessons. This paper, based on the mentioned aspects above, puts forward some targeted enhancement measures and implementation strategies, helps the teachers know and learn the individual student’s information and learning laws, the teachers can realize their effective teaching and the students’effective learning, the teachers can raise teaching quality and the students improves the learning effectiveness. The author’s research echoes the new curriculum reforms concrete requirements on mathematics teaching in senior middle school; it is of great importance to promote the effective actions of teaching practices. This paper also advocates implementation of combination between scientific and high-impact lesson teaching theory and practice for the sake of enhancing the learning pragmaticality to the utmost.
