With the reform of the college entrance examination system in Jilin Province in 2018,the college entrance examination mathematics is no longer tested respectively for liberal arts and science subjects.Chinese, mathematics and foreign language have been chosen as the general testing subjects.Other subjects become grade test, with the best record as the final score. This reform seems to lower the threshold of the university and increase the chances of getting into college. But in essence, from the perspective of mathematics,it is increasing the difficulty of the examination and makes great demands upon the students'abilities. From the knowledge content point of view, the knowledge content adds the space dihedral angle, the relationship between the position of the line and the circle and so on to liberal arts students' studying, requiring the students solve the mathematic questions with formula in a more accurate way. From the learning point of view, science students,in addition to the using of "sea of war tactics" approach, should improve the problem-solving process of the degree of detail, and strengthen the problem-solving normalization. From the examination form point of view, mathematics,as a subject which is tested only once with fierce competition, should be paid with more attention. With the changes in the college entrance examination system, the front line mathematics teachers need to re-define the classroom teaching.According to the requirements of the new curriculum and the basic situation of our country, the college entrance examination is one of the important ways in our selection of personnel, for the mathematics teaching work,we need the mathematics curriculum to cultivate independent thinking and use the students master the knowledge to analyze and solve problems. For the reform today, how to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching to adapt to reform will become one of the important issues that deserve our research and exploration. In order to cultivate students' mathematical thinking and improve their core competence of mathematics, this paper makes a further study on the effective teaching of high school mathematics classroom in combination with the classical theoretical research and case analysis of effective teaching and the actual situation. The study centers on how to enable more students to participate actively in the classroom, and how to improve their ability to find problems, analyze problems, solve problems and reflect the problems,so that each student can benefit from the class. On the basis of the study of effective teaching practice at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of high school mathematics classroom teaching by combining the meaningful learning theory, the development theory, the effective knowledge theory and the humanistic learning theory, using the literature method, the questionnaire method and the interview method.Through the practice research, the author puts forward three strategies to improve the effective teaching of high school mathematics. They are the model method, counterexample analysis and application experience method, with the classroom case teaching research being carried out on the author's class. The results of the study show that the experimental class with the effective teaching strategy is better than the corresponding class with the traditional teaching method, and the experimental results of the experimental class and the application experience method are significantly higher than the corresponding class. In addition, the results also show that the vast majority of teachers and students are favor of these three teaching strategies. The author sincerely hopes that the three strategies will provide help to the majority of the front-line teachers.
