With the high rapid developing the society calls for higher qualityeducational technology graduates to meet their needs, however the student’sabilities have a great different from society’ demands on the structure ofknowledge and abilities, thus there’s a phenomenon of “recruitment difficulty”and “employment difficulty”. The rooted reason of phenomenon is the delay ofpersonal training from the social needs.The author teased the domestic and foreign theories and practices about theplans of educational technology creative talents’ training and market driveninnovation personnel training through literature research, at the same time,theauthor did the pre research of the graduates, designed the educational technologygraduates questionnaire, and made the investigation of the educationaltechnology professional graduates for last five years, analyzed the data,summarized professional marketing of educational technology talents’requirements; Meanwhile the author did the semi-structured interviews of2014excellent interns, learned the students’ shortages and advantages. Finally theauthor gave some suggestions according to the results of questionnaire surveyand interviews from the content of courses, schools and enterprises’ cooperation.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction about the problem posed, the significance ofthe research, definitions of related concepts, and the research strategies and methods.The second part is the summary of domestic and foreign research, teasingthe domestic and foreign and educational technology theories and practices aboutthe training, market oriented talents, and reviews.The third part is about the market research of educational technologygraduates, including research purpose, process, data analysis, and conclusion.The fourth part is studying of the advices for educational technologyinnovation talents’ training, according the contents of courses, teaching methodsand the cooperation of schools and enterprises.The fifth part is the conclusion about the limitation of this research andsummary and research.
