Study Of The Mode Of Nurturing Talents Majoring In Finance And Economics Based On Market-oriented Demand

With the scientific and technological progress, socio-economic development, the higher vocational education has made tremendous strides in recent years. According to the released statistics, the scale of higher vocational education accounted for half of the higher education. Finance and economics, as the main part in the system of the higher vocational education, has improved greatly. According to the survey of the authoritative institution, the students majoring in finance and economics always include a high proportion in higher vocational education. The higher vocational colleges have trained a large number of special talents with their jobs related to finance and economics, making a great contribution to the expansion of the higher education, enriching the system and structure of the higher vocational education and satisfied the demand of some students who want to major in finance and economics, but the education quality is not satisfactory. High degree of satisfaction has not been gained in recruiting students in relation to finance from higher vocational colleges. There is a serious contradiction between the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges and the demand of enterprises.The article mainly uses the method of studying the current literatures, questionnaires, the semi-structured interview and the mathematical statistics. Focusing on the situation of the serious contradiction mentioned above, the questionnaires designed for higher vocational colleges, teachers from the economics and finance school, students and organization has been made in order to conduct sample survey focusing on that serious contradiction with the questionnaires calling back from some of the higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province. Without accurate training objective and orientation, without special curriculum provision, without multimodal teaching method, without much attention to the cultivation of the students'ability to put their theory into practice and with the problems of high expectations of the graduates and the shortage of preparations of the graduates from higher vocational college are the main reasons showed by the multi-statistical results which demonstrate that there is an obvious contradiction between the supply and demand of graduates majoring in finance and economics. In order to provide the applied higher vocational graduates majoring in finance and economics, some measures should be taken starting from schools, teachers, students and enterprises.
