Along with the advancing of new curriculum reform and ducation informationization development in an all-round way, the senior high school mathematics teaching mode from teacher centered to student-centered evolution.How to use the modern education concept and improve the effectiveness of high school mathematics teaching, efficiency become the goals of every senior high school mathematics teachers.In the traditional mathematics classroom in modern China, The main way of mathematics teaching through" teacher’s explanation, the students imitate pay attention to the teaching of the" two basics ", namely, imparting knowledge and skills, process and method, emotion, attitude and values is not enough attention。This kind of teaching mode is a hindrance to cultivate students’ divergent thinking, critical thinking, innovative thinking and consciousness of cooperation, the talents cultivated in this way. Granted to the fish, as delegated to the fishing, but also granted to the "desire". The purpose of this study is to optimize the mathematics classroom teaching mode, improve the degree of participation of the students in the classroom, improve the mathematics classroom teaching and generative and timeliness, let mathematics classroom with vigor and vitality as the goal, combined with the senior high school mathematics discipline characteristic, and students’ cognitive psychological characteristics, and explore a suitable for students to actively guide to acquire knowledge, stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve the learning efficiency of the teaching modeThis subject adopts the action research method on the basis of literature research, questionnaire research method, experimental research method to carry on the construction to the high total mathematical learning case guiding mode. First elaborated the significance of the research, analysis of China’s high school mathematics classroom mainstream teaching mode, establish the research method and theoretical basis of theory and practice, how to construct the model of learning plan teaching to highlight the characteristics of mathematics teaching, learning plan teaching examples of the different teaching types, detail and finishing to investigate, and demonstrates the feasibility of case teaching through the teaching experiment. Get the following conclusion: the implementation of guided learning plan teaching mode is helpful to cultivate students’ interest in learning, develop good study habits, enhance the initiative of learning mathematics, improve students’ math scores.
