This research take the students in the L non-governmental school of community C in the city of Kunming as the research object, take the snowball sampling, according to the random number table method to select118students as a sample. Analysis of characteristics, cause and harm of companion bullying to immigrated adolescents and their families, and take the method group work with the eduction theater mode, carry out "you and me together" social work service in class one grade seven of the L middle school students of migrant workers, help immigrated adolescents to correct concept of cognitive and behavior patterns, improve immigrated adolescents confidence and ability of dealing with companion bullying, help immigrated adolescents to improve interpersonal communication and promote the skills of handling interpersonal conflict, promote the development of immigrated adolescents healthy personality. To explore a new way of social work in preventing immigrated adolescents companion bullying and illegal crime.This study explored that social workers should fully tap and inspire the potency and subjectivity of immigrated adolescents, organize set up eduction theater group in C community, culture has a sense of responsibility of leaders, proceed fundamental drama training, carry out education theater in C community. In the whole education theater, social workers should pay attention to cultivate the community elites, emphasis on equality, respect and cooperation, improve immigrated adolescents sense of belonging and identity, learn each other and influence each other, thus to promote the development of immigrated adolescents healthy personality. At the same time, social workers can also rely on social service agencies of community C, Cooperate with the police station, carrying out community education work, cultivate immigrated adolescents legal consciousness, enhance immigrated adolescents legal concept, encourage immigrated adolescents learn to use legal weapons to protect themselves, to achieve the results of social work in preventing immigrated adolescents peer bullying and illegal crime.
