Social Work Intervenes In The Localization Of Community Social Organization Cultivation

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to uphold and improve the social governance system of joint construction,co-governance and sharing,to promote the modernization of the national governance system and capabilities,and to study the involvement of social workers in the cultivation of community organizations is an important sub-topic.Community organization is an important part of social organization and a specific form in the community.It is an indispensable governance subject that transforms government functions,meets the diverse social needs of the people and enhances the governance capacity of the grassroots government.Therefore,social work is promising in cultivating community organizations.It is especially important to study the cultivation of community organizations through social work,and use community organizations to undertake services in the public sphere after the transformation of government functions,and to make up for the service vacuum that the government cannot meet the growing needs of the people in the public sphere.This article begins by tracing the origins of Chinese social organizations and community organizations,and introduces the historical changes and main types of social organizations in China as well as the problems existing in community organizations.Use participatory observation method and case study method to go deep into S community for practical analysis and cultivation of the "Glorious flowers in spring and soild fruits in autumn" drama organization project,thinking about the current status and existing problems of community organization,and reflecting on the path and method of social work involved in community organization cultivation.This article takes the "Glorious flowers in spring and soild fruits in autumn" opera group cultivation in the S community as an example to detail how social work can participate in the cultivation of community organizations and the specific practical process.In the practical process,according to the selected research content,based on the basic situation of the survey S community,understand the community residents 'perception of social work and community organization,and conduct community residents' needs analysis to formulate social work practice programs.In the early,middle and later stages of the cultivation,the social work intervention process is described in detail,and the social work cultivation community organization practice is summarized and reflected,and the process and results of social work involvement in community organization cultivation are evaluated.The social work practice experience and theory are compared Combined with research,summarize and reflect on the methods,skills and concepts of social work involved in the cultivation of communityorganizations.Through the analysis of social work practice carried out,it is found that social work is involved in the cultivation of community organizations,which not only meets the professional methods and concepts of social work,but also meets the growing needs of the people for a better life,and can also play the professional value of social work.Summarize the practical experience of social work in cultivating community organizations,summarize the experience and lessons from the effectiveness and significance of social work intervention in the cultivation of community organizations,and reflect on the useful experience and reference in the "Glorious flowers in spring and soild fruits in autumn" practical process.
