Based on school-based curriculum at home and abroad in recent years,elaborates the development and management of related theory, analyzed theGuicheng middle school in Nanhai district, Foshan city, Guangdong provincestatus quo of the development of school-based curriculum in secondary schools,using literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview, observation, caseanalysis and factor analysis method, mainly studied the problems in the process ofschool-based curriculum development in Guicheng middle school, put forwardperfect Guicheng middle school, and the countermeasure research, shows thesafeguard measures of the development of school-based curriculum in secondaryschools, mainly organized measures, regulation measures and managementmeasures, evaluation measures, such as for Guicheng management pointed out thedirection of development of school-based curriculum in secondary school,perfecting the management system for the development of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum development as well as other schools management providesreference.This article has six parts.Part I: Introduction, introduces the thesis topic background, school-basedcurriculum development and management of related concepts, domestic and foreignliterature review; Part II: Guangdong Foshan Nanhai District School-basedCurriculum Development and Management situation analysis, includingschool-based curriculum development and management of the organization, systemconstruction, incentives, management of the status quo, etc.; part III: analysisGuicheng school-based Curriculum development and Management of four specificproblems, mainly from the school’s teaching and research goals and schoolcharacteristics, performance formalized goals are not clear, the lack of effectivesupervision; fourth part on the reasons for the Analysis of problems, includingexternal factors and internal factors. Part V: Guicheng Schools in developmentmanagement countermeasures and safeguards to analyze sound managementprinciples based curriculum development, summed up five kinds of measures, sixkinds of measures, countermeasures are mainly based on the actual school andclassroom, teacher participation, development of student continuous learning ability, practice, and strengthen supervision and leadership appraisal, measures include theestablishment of organizations, the development of a standardized managementsystems, training and motivation, to seek the support of parents and students, therational allocation of resources, and timely evaluation. Part VI, conclusions.
