Our country's basic education curriculum reform from single national curriculum pattern to the three-level curriculum management models: the national, local and school curriculum management ones. The school-based curriculum development is a greatly creative to the basic education curriculum reform in China, its giving school tremendous responsibility of training the student's innovation spirit and practice ability and a certain of autonomy, its an important break to the original single curriculum system and adapt to the surmount of ages. The school-based curriculum is an important supplement of the national curriculum, pays more attention to the special features of the school and the demand of the student, adapts to the teacher and the student's development characteristics and practical demands more. But the school-based curriculum has to rely on curriculum resource to express the school's characteristic, therefore, in the school-based curriculum development, the importance of the curriculum resource is becoming appearance. Curriculum resource has very important significance in the curriculum development, it's not only knowledge, information and experience's carrier, but also the medium of the curriculum implement. Therefore, we can say that curriculum resource's reasonable development and valid utilize are the essential condition that the curriculum aim's realization smoothly. If we don't have the support of the curriculum resource, the best imagination of curriculum only remain in the theoretical level doesn't enter the primary and secondary school classroom teaching, doesn't bring the realistic products. As our country's long-term junior middle schools curriculum used centralized national curriculum development methods, This has led to schools according to their own idea of the school design and development in line with the characteristics of the school curriculum and the corresponding curriculum resources did not receive the due attention, makes a lot of meaningful curriculum resources were not included in the scope of curriculum resources, its educational function has not been fully understood and used. The curriculum resources are often focused on the vector form of a written print, pay attention to the text of resources, the teaching material is seen the main curriculum resource, results in a single source of curriculum resources, all kinds of internal and external school valuable waste of curriculum resources has been very prominent phenomenon. The school-based curriculum resources in the situation that such problems is not good resolved over a long period of time and are to be concerned increasingly. The school-based curriculum resources development as an important component of the school-based curriculum construction, contributes to change buried, idle and wasted the present condition of school-based curriculum resources, for the implementation of school-based curriculum to provide strong support, what is more important is to effectively guide the teachers and students truly teaching and learning based on the textbook-based to the teaching and learning based on the resources, it has great significance to reach the national curriculum courses target smoothly and achieve the overall development of students. At the same time, the school-basedcurriculum resources development also put forward to the teacher's professional standards very high request, constantly urging them to update their knowledge and the concept of reserves, actively seeking more resources for supporting, for the school-based curriculum to create conditions for implementation. Therefore, the development of school-based curriculum resources for the professional development of teachers to provide a broad and good opportunities, teachers for school-based curriculum resources development, integration and utilization of the process, but also continuously improve their professional standards process.This thesis intends to talk about the junior middle school's school-based curriculum resources development from conceptual clarity,characteristics analysis and the main content of development, then analyzes currently our country's school-based curriculum resources development's problems and reasons faced, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, last constructs the pattern of school-based curriculum resources development. These are efforts in seeking communication and contact of the theory and practice, try to provide science instructions for the junior middle school's educational practice.This thesis contains six parts as follows:Part one, first analyzies the background that the problem produces, then selects the research methods which contain literature,questionnaire and interview etc, explaining concisely the course of the research.Part two, first outlines the theoretical research of school-based curriculum resources, clarifies specific meaning of school-based curriculum, curriculum resources and school-based curriculum resources, Then points out that the school-based curriculum resources' characteristics.Part three, organizes all theories of, analyzes mainly school-based curriculum resources development's background, the main content of development and utilization and the purpose and significance of the development etc.Part four, analyzies currently our country's school-based curriculum resources development's problems and reasons faced by using document, investigation and interview. Analysis mainly from the school,the teacher and the sudent, and tries to refraction from the education administrative departments, social, community, parents and other aspects of knowledge and behavior. From the school analyzies school-based curriculum resources development practice two division,the parties involved in the development of school-based curriculum resources development ineffective, examination system constraints school-based curriculum resources development etc; from the teacher analyzies the teacher expresses or meets a series of difficulties in the concept, role change, ability etc, and the teacher is subjected to the community, parents and other sides etc; from the student the analyzies the impact of the sudent's basis,the differences in the ability on school-based curriculum resources development etc.Part five, aggregates theory and practice of research, puts forward corresponding solutions to solve the problems in the present. Puts forward mainly from school-based curriculum resources development's corpus, including the development's support system, such as curriculum policy's support system,examination and evaluation system support and teacher training support system etc.Part six, in-depth studies school-based curriculum resources development, constructs school-based curriculum resources development's pattern, including five basic links: seting up school-based curriculum resources development team, analyzing existing resources; determining the required school-based curriculum resources; identifying school-based curriculum resources access channels; developing and utilizing school-based curriculum resources; evaluating school-based curriculum resources.
