The sustainable development and progress of human society isderived from innovation from generation to generation; As for a country, scienceand technology are no1productive forces, but they also come frompeople’s innovation. Society,especially the educators should pay attentionto the fact that our citizens lack innovation quality. The development ofstudents’ innovation quality depends on creative education from teachers. Sothe training of teacher’s innovation quality should not only be focusedon the students in normal colleges and universities, but also on the in-serviceteachers.This paper is based on the background of new curriculum reform inSichuan, doing relatively research on how to cultivate innovation-typemiddle school teachers do a more in-depth study, the main targets of thestudy are the high school teachers, who are totally different fromthe innovative talents from other occupations. high school teachers inaddition to completing the basic teaching task,but also facing the academicpressure. in this case, it is a daunting challenge to cultivate talents withgood innovation quality,who our country needs, and who can promote socialprogress in the elementary education stage.There have been quite a few related researches into innovative education inrecent years. My study is based on the current situation of high school education,and i have done a lot of questionnaires, interviews, and practicalresearch.Finally, I found the reasons why the high school teachers lackinnovation quality from the three aspects personal factors--School--thesociety. These training methods of senior high school teachers are closelyconnected with practice and are easy to carry out. I hope they are of benefitto the cultivation of innovation of the teachers of basic education.
