Under the background of social economic continually developing and highereducation management system reform unceasingly deepening, local industry collegesare in an important period of differentiation, transformation and development. Manylocal industry colleges that in current management system，are generally facing lots ofproblems about development*Under the new situation of development，local industrycolleges how to better maintain and give play to the original advantages and how toachieve sustained steady and rapid development? not only are real issues that collegesand universities themselves must face, but also are major problems in front of thelocal governments and education departments.This thesis uses literature method, case analysis method and interview method，is based on fitfeen local industry colleges in Shanghai as the research object, doesresearch with the local industry college management system reform as the mainline. This thesis generalizes the development of industry colleges and the evolution ofindustry college management system reform； then, dissects the development situationof fitfeen local industry colleges in Shanghai and the current status and constraints oftheir management system，points out the necessity of local industry collegemanagement system reform in Shanghai； atfer that，deeply analyses the process，influence and inadequacy of local industry college management system reform；finally, makes some suggestions to optimize and improve the local industry collegemanagement system reform in Shanghai.
