To explore Basketball Basketball physical training on the students’ ability to useimpact study used expert interviews, statistics and experimental method for the first yearhigh school students randomly divided into experimental group and control group,10for aperiod of two months of experiments program condition was imposed, and in theexperimental groups before, during and after the related indicators were data collection andtesting and research the key findings are as follows:1Data Inspection Standing Vertical Jump Reach indicators showed the experimentalgroup improved significantly (P <0.01), while the control group there were no significantdifferences (P>0.05); grab one minute from the vote since the experiment experimentalindicators There was no significant change (P>0.05), third test changes after theexperiment was highly significant (p <0.01); data test control group before the experimentresults after watching did not change significantly (P>0.05); one minute all fieldexperiments dribble layup indicators experimental group did not change significantly (p>0.05), after the experiment was highly significant change (p <0.01), the control group hadno significant difference (p>0.05) in the experiment, and experiment; change to dribblelayup indicators experiments in the experimental group had no significant change (p>0.05),after the end of the experiment was highly significant change (p <0.01), while the controlgroup after their experimental data before test results showed no significant difference (p>0.05); comprehensive evaluation index on an interim change the experimental group wassignificantly (p <0.05), the data test results after the end of the experiment the differencewas highly significant (p <0.01), after the first group had no significant difference. Studieshave shown that: the experimental subjects training programs can effectively improvejumping ability, the ability to dribble layup one minute audience, one minute from thevote since looting level, changing dribbling ability and comprehensive ability level.2Experiments confirmed: This study tested the experimental method can improve vertical jump ability groups in situ, ie jumping ability; improvement in terms of testgroups one minute from the vote since the ability to grab a significant effect, shootingfast-moving subjects in life the capacity has been significantly improved; while the testgroup dribble layup capacity significantly increased, indicating that the ability tofast-moving subjects in the shooting has been significantly improved, in addition to theexperimental program can effectively change to improve the dribble test groups basketability to promote the upgrading of the ball, dribble and layup subjects such as the level ofspecial environmental movement, change direction, etc., will help to improve the overallability to use technology subjects.
