Basketball is a skills-dominated competitive sport.But the exertion of technical ability must be supported by higher special physical ability.The physical level of basketball players affects the quality of finishing technical moves in a certain period of time and under high intensity confrontation.Affects individual body and completes the technical movement,the team cooperation's appreciation.In this study,the representative high school basketball team of Taiyuan No.48 Middle School was taken as the experimental research object.Through the basketball special physical training and long-term physical monitoring of athletes.Analyze and study the technical data of two competitions before and after training.In this study,the men's basketball team of Taiyuan No.48 Middle School was trained by literature,interview,mathematical statistics,video observation and logical analysis.And staged monitoring.Analyze the difference and influence of technique before and after competition.Conclusion: 1.After 22 weeks of special physical training,the fourth test and test scores for the first time,the athletes' physical fitness test scores have greatly ascend,vertical jump back on step touch and high specific speed enduranceare remarkably improved,weight-bearing squat and weight bench press with a significant increase of 22 weeks of special physical ability training is effective;The four skills of intensity shooting,comprehensive dribble breaking layup,defensive foot movement and quick stop catch breaking layup had very significant changes,indicating that 22 weeks of special physical training could effectively improve the skills of intensity shooting,comprehensive dribble breaking layup,defensive foot movement and quick stop catch breaking layup.2.In the test analysis before training,the athletes' jumping explosive force and special speed endurance are poor,the lower limb special strength performance is better than the upper limb performance,the shooting rate is low,the sensitivity of defense foot movement is not high.3.Second test and test results show that for the first time,on the technology of defensive footwork has a significant increase in energy on special speed endurance and weight bench press there is a very significant change,high vertical jump back on step touch significant changes,the special physical training prior to the second test defensive steps movement has significant effect,the specific speed endurance and load on the physical bench press,high vertical jump back on step touch have a positive effect.4.Third time test and the second test result shows that the intensity of shootingand integrated dribbling breakthrough layupsignificant changes,defensive footwork,and stop to catch a driving layup and was extremely significant difference,high vertical jump back on step touch,load the squat,weight bench press and special speed endurancehad significant difference.After strengthening the core stability training,the athletes' strength shooting has significantly improved,indicating that the core stability training has a promoting effect on the athletes' strength shooting under certain conditions,and the special physical training before the third test has a significant promoting effect on the movement of the defensive steps,the quick stop catching the ball,breaking through the layup.5.The results of the fourth test and the third test showed that there was a significant difference in defensive footstep movement,and the special speed endurance was significantly improved,indicating that the special physical training before the fourth test had a significant promoting effect on the defensive footstep movement of athletes.6.The men's basketball team of Taiyuan No.48 Middle School won the third place in the Shanxi High School Basketball Championship,which was a breakthrough compared with the fourth place in the Nike China High School Basketball League(Shanxi Division)before the training.7.The basketball special physical training can promote the athletes to play their skills in the game,and to a certain extent,it has a significant positive effect on the fight of the rebound in the front court.Basketball special physical training has a positive effect on the technical performance of the whole team(except the drop of free throw shooting rate).Advice: 1.Taiyuan city forty-eighth school men's basketball team every week only one physical training class,it is suggested to increase the number of basketball special physical training class.And add the purchase of professional physical training equipment;2.The 22-week special physical training in this study is effective for physical strength,technique and performance.This training plan can be used for reference in the special physical training,and the exercise load and quantity can be adjusted appropriately,and the interval time can be controlled well,so as to improve the techniques of intensity shooting,comprehensive dribbling to break through layup,defensive foot movement and quick stop to catch the ball to break through layup.3.Coaches carry out periodical physical monitoring and specific basketball physical training to promote the improvement of defensive footstep movement technology of athletes and to better limit the opponent's score in the game.Pay attention to the training of core strength and speed endurance,enhance the stability of athletes in high-intensity games shooting and other technology stable output.4.Special speed endurance is the basis for athletes to excellently complete technical movements.The content of special physical training in this study can help athletes improve their skills.It is suggested to strengthen the training intensity of special speed endurance in each small period of training,and combine the training of special speed endurance with technology for training.5.Pay attention to the special physical training in the training,improve the sports ability to rebound,especially rebounds,get more possession,improve defensive ability,simulating the motion state athletes in the game to practice the shooting score is the only game mode,improve the strength of shooting,try in strength shot against the shootaround.6.Make scientific and reasonable training plans,treat athletes' position characteristics and physical characteristics differently in training,understand athletes' competitive state and health status through questionnaire survey,communication,physiological monitoring and other methods,and timely assist athletes to adjust their state according to the feedback information and complete the training tasks in time.
