Classroom teaching is the basic behavior of teaching, although it has drawn theattention of experts, teachers, and done a lot of research, has achieved some results, but itlacks investigation and Analysis on specific subjects.This paper take the JY middle school as the object, through the analysis of thequestionnaire, interview and case, aims to achieve three goals: First is the classroomresearch in JY middle school mathematics teaching, truthfully reflect the junior middleschool teachers in mathematics classroom teaching in the teaching of the actual situation,predicament; Second is through observation, analysis influence of the teaching ideas andteaching behavior to classroom teaching, provide improvement proposal; the third isbased on the results of the investigation, put forward the "scientific research lead teaching,management drive implementation " strategy and suggestions.Research shows that: classroom teaching depends on the individual teacher’sclassroom control ability. This ability is derived from the teaching theory, and cannot dowithout their experience. Only when the school management to promote the developmentof teachers’ domestic demand, it can really become a real power to improve the quality ofteaching in schools.
