The author is working in the education front, who knows the nature of the work, working environment, and working attitude well. As we all know, the success or failure of a school is depending on whether it can cultivate students to become qualified personnel.Teachers are the need of the state and society, who are also the key guide for students to grow up. But in face of the responsibility and obligation that society has given and pressure of the university entrance exam, the enthusiasm in work, innovation,and high efficiency that high school teachers should possess greatly decreased because material and spiritual pursuit in real life are not satisfying.The teachers will take huge psychological pressure, which not only affects teachers’personal development, but also is about serious issue in the development of the national education, science and technology. Therefore, it is vital to establish reasonable teachers’incentive mechanism to help improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, giving the full play to the role of the teachers, arousing the enthusiasm of teachers’work to the maximum. Perfect incentive mechanism of the method is the assurance of a school development, and the pressing requirement that improve the quality of teaching as well as the need of teachers’self-development. This study was to understand and analysis the development zone of each high school teachers’incentive system and manage the implementation of the management mechanism by using interviews, questionnaire and case study. Through the in-depth research of incentive theory, combining the characteristics of the high school teachers’career and own needs, we’ll achieve the harmonious development of individual and school, and motivate teachers to contribute themselves to the education. As a result, a scientific,multidimensional and dynamic incentives have been designed to provide theoretical reference and practical cases. So we will design a set of scientific, multidimensional and dynamic incentive mechanism. With the management guiding ideology and concept transformation, in order to improve the system level, people will take full advantage of people-oriented principle, fair principle, difference principle, systematic principle, the principle of appropriateness, flexibility and stability of unified principle, as well as operational principle. To adopt reasonable matters relating to the material incentive and spiritual incentive is vital. According to the specific goal of the school and the specific situation as well as the physical and mental development rule of the teacher, it is believed that such incentives depending on the principles and methods can promote the school to develop continuedly, healthily and coordinatedly. The improved material conditions and mental conditions could fully arouse the enthusiasm and potential of teachers so as to achieve the all-round development of teachers and to realize the goal of the school. In that case, the teachers can develop comprehensively and harmoniously. When the incentive method is introduced and carried out, not only the all-round development of teachers should be cared about but also the teachers’management should be paid attention to. Leaders should have a primary activity and degree. Surely, there are far more problems existing in the teachers’incentive system and the way than these, as long as arousing the enthusiasm of people is the starting point, realizing the self management as the highest realm, the highest goal of taking temporary solution and effecting a permanent cure can be achieved. This paper hopes to promote the high school teachers team construction, deepening the reform of high school management which has important theory value and practical significance. In that case, it can solve the problem of the coordinated development of the management of our high school teachers.
