Respect teachers’subjective initiative and motivate their work enthusiasm are the starting point in school management process. Incentive and meanwhile keep their work enthusiasm is especial important in this process. How school’s manager uses incentive management to improve teacher’s work enthusiasm obviously becomes the research project in school management area while the management style is change form experience management to scientific management form old management to modern management. Principle’s management behavior plays a leading part in school management transition process. How to make principle’s incentive behavior become an important leadership way make the best of whole faculty’s work enthusiasm to fully use their potential and willingly to make an effort for fulfill school intended target is an important subject school principle must be serious discussed.This essay mainly used literature method, survey method, comparative method and statistical analysis. Through the questionnaire get the current information of principle’s incentive behavior and teacher’s work enthusiasm in four high schools in Yanji. Based on the facts, present analysis, relevant analysis and regression analysis were made, here are the results:The following conclusions:First, the school management process, the principal can provide incentives, teacher education and teaching in the mind, behavior, performance and other aspects of performance in accordance with the needs of different groups of teachers are also more positive behavior and encourage more principals good teachers work motivation is higher. Second, the incentive is mainly reflected in the behavior of the principal support for the work of the different groups of teachers, to resolve difficulties in life, material rewards obtained when participating in educational activities, job promotion, training or education and other aspects. However, there is still the principal motivation behavior is not enough incentive in the form of a variety of problems, and cannot do encourage all teachers. Third, principals and more busy with the daily affairs of the school, the relative theoretical knowledge to learn more emphasis on practice, which led to the principal’s own lack of theoretical knowledge, at the time of the teacher incentive systems often lack motivation theory as a foundation. Fourth, the teachers think that the president should through emotional communication, to give them spiritual encouragement, it can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers they essentially.In view of this, the following recommendations:First, the president needs to enhance their theoretical knowledge; Second, set reasonable benefits, enhance teachers’working conditions; Third, teacher-centered, humanistic concern for teachers; fourth career management guide promote the professional growth of teachers.
