With the in-depth development of teacher-student relationship research,people are increasingly aware that the teacher-student relationship is a multi-faceted,multi-attribute relationship system.The teacher-student relationship originated from the educational structure and embodies the attribute of teaching relationship;it is subject to the influence of ethics and politics in society,and it is expressed as the attribute of social relationship;it is essentially the relationship between people and human,which reflects the attributes of general interpersonal relationship.Through investigations,it is found that the teacher-student relationship perceived by junior high school students is at a medium level,there is still room for improvement,and there are also some problems.In the teacher-student relationship,the teacher-student interaction between “inspirement-motivation component” and“teaching content component” needs to be strengthened;in terms of teacher-student social relations,the phenomenon of ranking and disguised corporal punishment still exists;the teachers and students perceived by junior high school students The level of general interpersonal relationship is relatively low;the level of teacher-student relationship perceived by boys is lower than that of girls;the level of teacher-student relationship perceived by second-year students is lower than that of other grades;there is a significant difference in the level of teacher-student relationship perceived by junior high school students.These issues have affected the construction of a good teacher-student relationship.Combined with relevant theories and survey data,the causes of each problem are analyzed in detail,and the causes of the problems are complex and multi-faceted,such as the study pressure of junior high school students,the factors of junior high school students,the unfairness of teachers,and so on.After the specific reasons for the problem of analyst relationship,I proposed some strategies to build a good teacher-student relationship.First,improve teachers' professional quality;second,establish a democratic and equal view of teachers and students and lifelong learning;third,promote effective communication between teachers and students;fourth,pay attention to mental health education for teachers and students;fifth,face and guide Junior high school students and subcultures;sixth,alleviate the problem of large classes and improve the evaluation system for junior high school students.
