With the rapid development of economy, superstructure which is based on economic foundation is also undergoing transformation, the most obvious one being the field of education where teachers’passive teaching has transformed into students’active learning. Since the new curriculum reform, teacher’s professionalism and work ethics have basically met the needs of students in class. In order to better optimize education, large numbers of scholars increasingly tend to combine aesthetics with education, among which the language art of teachers is included. Language is the primary way people communicate with each other and also the most fundamental means to realize the exchange of information. Language of classroom instruction is not only erudition, but also an art. It is a carrier through which teachers impart knowledge to students and exchange affections with students in class. In addition, it is a recurrence of teachers’ basic teaching skills. No matter how diversified the class forms and teaching methods are, they eventually have to be realized through language. Therefore, teachers’ language instruction is directly related to the success or failure of teaching. Language instruction in this paper refers to language of biology and language of classroom instruction. The former means the language describing the function of organism’s structures and the law of biological phenomena, while the latter is mainly defined as the language used to organize teaching activities which shares similarities with the language of classroom instruction employed in other subjects.This paper aims to explore language instruction’s impact on the teaching quality of biology via teachers’ teaching language, thereby optimizing the structure of teachers’ language and enhancing teaching efficiency. Based on the biology textbook (SJYW) of high school and taking the senior-one students from Yangzhou High School in Jiangsu Province as subjects, this paper investigates the influence of language teaching art on students’achievement by means of comparative study.Theoretical part of the paper from the three concepts of artistic language to proceed and analyze the current situation at home and abroad for teaching language research. Then highlights the differences between the art and traditional language, also emphasizes not abandon the traditional language but to grasp its essence. Three major aspects of language, psychological and educational theory as the theoretical basis for research, especially analyzes the constructivist theory of research. Then, the paper operation section, use two classes of middle school of Yangzhou for study, before the operation, i conducted a series of surveys and compare their achievements which by SPSS software to analyze. It shows there was no significant difference. After the operation, comparison of experimental classes and control classes of the achievements which also by SPSS software to analyze, it shows there are significant differences. Then on a word, implement the teaching language arts can really improve teaching effectiveness. At last, it summarizes some of the problems encountered in the process, how to optimize teachers’ use of language, the end, prospects of teaching language arts implementation.
