Mathematics teaching is the main way to spread knowledge of mathematics,mathematical culture.By enabling the students to understand the connotation and the nature ofmathematics, it also helps them shift from implicit learning to meaningful learning andcomprehend what they learnt by analogy. As a result, both their ability and accomplishment inmathematics can be improved during the process of analyzing and solving problems.Based on some careful researches into related documentary materials, this paper firststates the present research situation of mathematics teaching as well as the research meaning,Then, through questionnaire, the writer is trying to find out and analyze the present situationof mathematics teaching implied in teaching from both the teacher and the students’ side. Onthe factors that may affect the teaching effect has done a detailed analysis, points out thedeficiencies in the teaching of mathematics thought method; finally, combining with theteaching practice, according to the strategy and the suggestion of mathematical thought andmethod of effective permeability in the teaching process is given. It can be also expected tohave some directive influence on mathematics teachers and have a profound and lastingpositive influence on math teaching in the near future.
