Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Yanbian Youth Soccer Training

Soccer is currently the most popular sports in the world, which attracts worldwideattention and love. But temporary prosperity does not mean eternal prosperity. We shouldcultivate young soccer players and continuously convey soccer talent in order to maintainstrong momentum of development of the soccer exercises. As to a country, anation,increasing efforts to train young football players is the bound to realize thesustainable development of national football,which has important strategic value.Reviewthe successful experiences of the soccer powers,they all pay more attention to thecultivation of juvenile soccer talents, and strive to create a good soccer cultureatmosphere. In our country, there are plenty of soccer fans,but the real soccer talent is rare.And in all competitions have been unable to achieve a convincing results.The reason isthe young people soccer reserve personnel training is not effective.The problems of theyouth soccer training are the training philosophy is not science,the methods do notproperly and the has not systematization organization.In order to research the currentsituation of juvenile soccer training and the reason which lead to this situation, and obtainthe new solution, this study takes Yanbian as the object, try to find our the internal andexternal factors of juvenile soccer training. The study includes nine aspects such asstudy of youth soccer training motivation,time and frequency,content, method trainingmanagement system,funding, venues, equipment and match， taking the method ofdocumentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statisticsresearch methods, and analysis of the problems with literature,expert interview researchconclusions are as follows:In youth soccer athletes, the number of Yanbian youth soccer players is very limited,the sex ratio is serious imbalance, and the selection channel is narrow.These become ahuge "bottleneck" of youth soccer development in the region; Yanbian youth soccertraining emphasis on physical training and technical training, but ignore the psychological,tactical awareness, intelligence and other aspects of the movement training, resulting thereality in youth football that the athletic ability is poor. But the Yanbian youth soccerplayers present "the age structure of the inverted triangle", as the age growing, the number of young soccer players are on the increase,too. These accumulate a large number ofyoung soccer reserve talents for the region.In youth football training, Yanbian has own a certain understanding of fitness valueof youth on soccer, but the understanding of its entertainment value still need to beimproved; Yanbian youth soccer enthusiasm has not achieve the expecting. We shouldcorrect and remodel the football training motivation; The problems of Yanbian youthsoccer training are in the time and frequency; Yanbian youth football training is notablycharacterized by diversity, but the joint running school football schools and amateursports school is still the main training management mode of the area; the funds of Yanbianyouth soccer training is relatively simple,which is mainly rely on the school’s own funds;Yanbian training situation of the youth football is worrying, strength to intensify theconstruction of football training ground and application;The equipment and facilities ofYanbian youth soccer training are not perfect, and coaches and youths are not satisfied;Yanbian establishes a relatively perfect system of youth soccer,but the state of matchesare very not ideal, simply can not meet the normal requirements of juvenile footballtraining at all.The countermeasures mainly include: the internal factors: correct youth soccertraining motivation; the introduction of advanced soccer ideas; preach the football multifunctional; arrangement the time and frequency of youth soccer training reasonably;enrich youth soccer training contents; establish and improve the scientific method oftraining system. Focus on the external factors: establishing the scientific soccer trainingsystem; increasing the intensity of investment football training funds, broadening thefootball training economic sources; improving the quantity and quality of the soccer fields,narrowing the gap between urban and rural; increasing the number of training equipments,improving the quality of equipment;building a perfect soccer training and competitivesystem.
