High school students have great changes in psychology and physiology asadolescence grows. They not only show physical and mental immaturity, but may makeinaccurate estimation and judgment for things. Those harmful deviation factors are easy toaffect them, especially when they have sports class. By literature review, interview, questionnaire, factor analysis, and the mathematical statistics, the paper alsodeals with the risk factors of PE accidents, summarizes the classes of the risk factors, andfinally analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors of PE in high school. Theconclusion is as follows.1. Through the factor analysis, the factors affecting PE in high school mainly includethe following aspects: class design factors; the scene controlling factors; classroomimplementation factors; psychological factors; direct risk factors and body preparationfactors.2. Direct risk factors. For example, good teaching facilities and site conditions are favorable factors in risk-avoidance of PE in Langfang high school; improper use ofequipment and technical movement error in learning process is an unfavorable factor. Inaddition, the students’ physical quality is favorable in body preparation factors, butinappropriate attire is unfavorable.6. Based on the analysis of risk factors of PE in the high school, the fourrisk-avoidance strategies are:(1) strictly controlling the pre-class design;(2) strictlycontrolling teaching scene and the sophisticated implementation of teaching;(3) theattention of students’ psychology and concrete analysis of their specific acts;(4)consistency of words and acts, uniform requirements, and standardized student behaviors.
