Since C hinese Government in 70 s twentieth Century implement of the one-child policy, tremendous changes have taken place in the population age structure. With the one-child family generate, the family structure change and caused by the weakening of family function. With the level of economic substance of Tianjin city continue to improve; Aging is becoming more and more serious. Serious family structure instability and aging phenomenon leads to the increase of the one-child family pension risk.This article takes the family life cycle and risk society theory as the basis, defines the pension risk, the related concept of the one-child families, on a random sample of 210 households in Heping District of Tianjin C ity, new households Beili community one-child families as the research object, the only child and parents age, gender, education, income and marital status as the basic survey data, based on the results of risk pension on the one-child parents respectively from economic security risk, life care and spiritual consolation risk these three aspects carries on the investigation. The cause of the one-child family pension risk in the investigations of the community found, and from parents, children and social analysis of the three aspects, combining the survey data and the reasons, to change the traditional family pension mode and puts forward some measures for the only child pension risk, and will bear the responsibility subject is divided into the government. Different responsibility subjects each to the different responsibility. Finally is the conclusion part, only the formation of a government to bear the ma in responsibility, structure to several other main responsibility shared can resolve only child pension risk.
