Research On Nonprofit Organizations Setting Up Charitable Educational School

It is an important measure to support vulnerable groups by providing them with acertain amount secondary occupation education. With enough education, it can help thechildren of migrant workers to master useful skills and obtain employment. However,in a long period, people have fallen into a dilemma between public schools and privateschools, or between fairness and efficiency. People have contrary opinions and practicemistakes. BN Vocational School (BNVS) is the first non-profit secondary occupationschool that is specialized for children from poor peasant family. BNVS is a thirdcharitable department, which makes it more featured by its educational theory,property rights, management structure and operation mechanism. The success ofBNVS examined its advantages in educational innovation, especially with charity andoccupation education system. As an emerging brand of secondary occupation eductionand educational charity, BNVS and its representative running mode have significantvalue in two aspects-charitable secondary occupation education and educationalcharity.In this research, case study and literature research will be utilized as mainmeasurements. This research will describe and discuss the operation mode of BeijingBNVS., based on current operation status. Furthermore, the author will analyze theoperational achievements of BNVS by using questionnaire and case study. Besides, theauthor will discuss about the influences brought by BNVS. On this basis, the authorwill bring out the existing or potential problems, analyze its causes, and proposecorresponding strategies.
