| Education is the hope of revitalizing the national education, and teachers are thehope for revitalizing education. As the advancement and development of "education ofthe people’s livelihood, education equity" in China, society and educational kingdomgradually are focus on teachers’ survival and development. There are many researcheson the living conditions of teachers who mostly in rural primary and secondary schools,kindergartens, beyond strength, or who teach chinese, history, English. but little studieson survival state of middle school physical education teachers in ethnic areas. TheStates of middle schools’ physical education teachers in these areas are concerned withstudents’ mental and physical health growth, affected the sustainable development ofeducation in the backward regions. This thesis have given some ideas to make theeducation better which explored the State of middle school‘s physical educationteachers who are in Huaihua zhijiangdongzu autonomous county, understood their basicneeds. The survey of literature, field trips, questionnaire method, scale measurementmethod have employed to investigate PE teachers’ living conditions, analyzed thecauses of physical living conditions of teachers, and made corresponding improvements.The main points are as follows:The results demostrated that:(1) There are imbalances between men and womenproportion in middle school PE teachers from Huaihua zhijiangdongzu autonomouscounty, obviously less female teachers, but basically reasonable in age structure, mostteachers have qualified junior college education, teachers mainly titled from junior tomiddle, the majority worked for5-15years with the low income, dull sparetime, longworktime, heavy task. The management system for sports teachers remains to beimproved.(2) Survival State of these sports teachers is not ideal, in material aspects,they got low income, mostly do not have their own rooms and private car that affectedtheir family life, In psychological aspects, social value of identity and self-identity arelower, teachers have larger pressure, many of them have passive attitude to sports class,and have got no strong happiness sense, in specialty aspects, General sense of happinessfrom the PE teacher in Huaihua zhijiangdongzu autonomous county have lost, manyteachers perform unsatisfied attitude to life, worried about their healths, expressedunenergetic, depressed and nervous and so on. These teachers have insufficient initiative,lack of continued education, even there are some teachers occupied who are not majorfor, all these became the factors result in the region’s poor living condition of PEteachers in middle schools. That causes the living condition of PE teachers in middleschools in the area poor include social, school and personal factors.So the main ways were given to improve the survival situation of PE teachers inmiddle schools in huaihua zhijiangdongzu autonomous county according to corresponding investigation:(1) Strengthen policy guidance to level out the bigdifferences between the rich and the poor or colleagues.(2) Improve managementsystem in school, raise the teachers’ social status and recognition.(3) Make the workingenvironment better to increase teachers’ happiness.(4) Enhance the construction ofteaching staff to make full of PE teachers and promote teachers’ professionalism.(5)Innovate their training style and improve the development in profession. |
