| At present,there are relatively few researches on psychological development training for middle school students in our country,and related applied research needs to be in-depth.At present,there are more left-behind children in ethnic minority areas,and the mental health of these students requires great attention.Psychological development training courses are experiential learning.Students understand themselves by solving problems and improve their psychological processes,so as to spontaneously adjust and improve themselves.Therefore,how to integrate psychological development training into middle school physical education in ethnic areas has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,a total of 198 students from the four classes of Grade One in Duyun No.2Middle School were selected as experimental subjects,and the experimental group(class 8 and 28)and the control group(class 18 and 23)were randomly assigned.From the beginning of November to the end of December 2020,the teaching content of students in the experimental group is a series of psychological development training courses,while the teaching content of students in the control group is traditional physical education courses,and they are respectively conducted 8 weeks of teaching experiments.Before and after the experiment,the "Mental Health Scale for Middle School Students" was distributed to the students,and the questionnaire was distributed to the physical education teachers after the experiment.And use independent sample test,mean comparison,multiple response and other methods to analyze the relevant experimental data,and draw the following conclusions:1.Before the experiment,independent sample t tests were conducted on the health factors,height,and weight of the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that there was no significant difference,indicating that the experimental setting is reasonable and the data is scientific.2.The physical education teachers of Duyun No.2 Middle School hold a positive attitude towards the integration of psychological development training courses into the teaching of middle schools in ethnic areas,and believe that the teaching of psychological development training can improve students’ motor skills,sports participation,physical health,mental health and social adaptability.It helps cultivate students’ spirit of unity,cooperation and concerted efforts.3.Through independent sample t tests on various health factors before and after the experiment in the experimental class,the results of class 8 show that girls have significant differences in factors of compulsion,interpersonal relationships,anxiety,maladjustment,and emotional instability,and they have significant differences in factors such as paranoia and learning stress.Significant differences;boys have significant differences in compulsive and paranoid factors,and there are very significant differences in interpersonal relationships and learning stress factors.The results of Class 28 showed that girls have significant differences in emotional instability and depression;boys have significant differences in psychological imbalance factors,and there are very significant differences in hostility,interpersonal relationships,anxiety,maladjustment,and emotional instability factors.The average values of health factors in classes 8 and 28 after the experiment were smaller than those before the experiment.It shows that the teaching of psychological development training courses has a positive effect on the development of middle school students’ mental health.4.Through independent sample t test of health factors before and after the experiment in the control class,the significant effects of mental health factors are not obvious.Only 23 boys in the compulsive factor and girls in the depression factor have significant differences,and the other mental health indicators in the 18 and 23 classes are both There is no significant difference,and the average value of each health factor after the experiment is different from that before the experiment,indicating that there is no significant difference in the level of each health factor before and after the experiment.It shows that the traditional physical education method has no obvious effect on the promotion of the mental health of middle school students.5.Based on the statistical data of the teacher questionnaire and the analysis of the feasibility of the teaching of psychological expansion training courses,this article believes that it is feasible to integrate the physical education and health courses into the psychological expansion training courses in the minority areas. |
