Study On Countermeasure Of Medical Students Emplovability Evaluation And Improvement

With increasingly deepening of China’s economic system and education system, and higher education system moving towards from elite education to mass education gradually, great changes have taken place in medical college students employment market. The employment problem of medical students has become a social problem which government, universities and medical industry organization generally regarded.Employability, with the developing and dynamic perspective and fully considering the future development of individual and society to analyze the employment problem of university graduates, has become the focus concept in the academic and practical fields.The existing researches at home of College Students’ employability are mainly focuse on the whole college graduates or took a specificly area college graduates, seldomly pay attention to medical college graduates. This study takes the medical college students as the research subject, and further investigation and experiments the employability of medical college students.After consulting specialists extensively and summarizing abundant literatures, this study based on the employability perspective, explain the concept, ability structure and the influencing factor of employability. Base on the review, this study develops the employability structure and scale of the medical college students, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the medical college students’ employability structure factor and present employability status of the medical college students in medical college students and employing unit. The investigation shows that6factors consists the employability strcuture of the medical college students, including1professional ability,2)interpersonal skills,3)self-management skills,4)personal qualities,5) employment intention and6)occupation planning.Base on the investigation and evaluation of the medical college students’ employability of present status, in view of the existing problems, this study provide suggestions to improve employability of medical college students. Finally, this study discussed the existing problems and problems that need further study.
