With the expansion of the enrollment of higher education in Tibet Autonomous Region,the employment of college graduates is becoming more and more prominent.Researchers are increasingly concerned about the study of graduates' employability.By consulting relevant literature,this kind of research is relatively sufficient,while the research on the employment ability of college graduates in Tibet is relatively weak.Based on the special regional culture and employment environment of Tibet Autonomous Region,this paper takes seven university graduates in Tibet Autonomous Region as the research object,studies the employment ability of university graduates in Tibet,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward scientific suggestions.With the help of combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign materials and documents,listing the relevant basic concepts and concepts,and then conducting a questionnaire test,collecting the indicators related to the employability,and analyzing the relevant data,it is determined that the three aspects of the employability structure of Tibetan college graduates are now,namely,human capital,social capital and psychological capital.Spss24.0 software is used to sort out and analyze the initial test data,and factor analysis is used to modify the questionnaire and further test the practicability of the questionnaire,and make the correction again.After two preliminary surveys,the formal questionnaire was determined.The formal questionnaire was issued to investigate the employment ability of college students in Tibet.The overall situation of the employment ability and its effect on graduates in human,social and psychological aspects were analyzed.According to the data analysis,the level of graduates' employability is not high,and there are many areas to be improved.Finally,according to the conclusion of the analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the employability of the graduates in Tibet,and helps the graduates to improve their employability from the aspects of graduates,universities and the government.
