As Chinese college education coming into the period of popularization, it causes the care of the whole nation to promote the quality of the talents training in universities presently. Especially in today’s world economical crisis, the employability training of college students becomes more and more severe, which has aroused great concern in the community. The paper suggests to build up a united responsible system including government, university, and so on, and in this way, the employability training strategy of university students will be found.This paper uses the literature to study the training strategy combined with the current issue of training status of university students’employability. Therefore, we should pay much attention to train college students. This paper describes the background, significance, status, then analyzes the problems of training university students’employability in China at present.It is based on both the Ability Theory and the Competence Theory and makes deep study on the current training situations from different angles of the government, universities, workplace, and the students themselves.The paper points out the deficiency existing in such fields as the lack of government guidance, the unclear training concept of college education, and the weak sense of responsibility in corporate training. Finally, it puts forward the suggestions to improve the employability. The government directing in place and in time; positioning universities mission; standard collaborative innovation; the all-round training and guidance to strengthen the college students the ability of practice of career planning and of life planning.
