Research On The Situation Of Employment About The Wuhan Sports University Master Whose Major Is Table Tennis Under The Perspective Of Social Supply

Under an increasingly severe employment circumstance, the Table Tennis Master Graduates in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education still hold high employment expectation. Most graduates make determination of working in high schools without in-depth understanding of their own conditions as well as the quantity demanded and conditions of demand units for table tennis master graduates, which leads to unreasonable employment orientation. Since the tennis master graduates often have a vague sense of the employment situation, this paper aims at solving this problem. The paper firstly consults the cultivation plan and the cultivation process of the master graduates in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, then uses questionnaire investigation, literature material law, mathematical statistics to carry out investigation, analysis and conclusion on the comprehensive conditions and the employment situation of the previous table tennis master graduates in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as well as the current market requirement situation of college table tennis teachers in 2015. Based on the study, it can be concluded that education development of graduate students in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is at the second level among 13 physical education colleges with a stable scale development. Its training mode of table tennis graduate student is joint training among colleges with a relatively stable size of the table tennis graduate students, reasonable teachers structure and good teaching facilities management. Although it has made full use of the superior resources, its scientific research, teaching and innovation capacity still need continuous improvement. Few of the previous graduates have obtained the national level-1 athlete certificate, and most of them only have the level-2 athlete certificate. The graduates before 2008 have better employment situation, while the overall employment situation of graduates after 2008. The graduates with has the national level-1 athlete certificate or the level-2 athlete certificate in different projects still has better employment. The employment trend of table tennis graduate students progresses from colleges teachers to primary and secondary school teachers, and civil servants. The national key universities and ordinary undergraduate schools have more demands for table tennis teachers. Their educational requirements for the candidates are master degree or above, besides the candidates also need to have higher level athlete certificate or the awards of the provincial professional game or above, as well as certain scientific research ability. But most of the schools have no hard-and-fast rules.The recruitment requirement of independent colleges or vocational schools mainly is a master degree. Thus, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the teaching, training and scientific research environment of students and teachers, arouse the teachers’ enthusiasm in scientific research, and improve their ability to innovate. Besides, the school also need to encourage the students with high sport technique and level-1 athlete certificate or above to take part in the postgraduate entrance exams, perfect the postgraduate recommendation system, appropriately relax the postgraduate recommendation conditions of the students with high sport technique and strong capacity for scientific research0, encourage the graduate students who are not majored in physical education in their undergraduate to prepare for the doctoral qualifying examination, encourage the female graduate students strengthen cultural knowledge learning and accumulation while improving the sports technique and obtain the teacher certification to make fully preparation for future employment.
