Puyang City Residents Sports Public Service Demand Research

Sports public service is not only the important foundation of China’s continuous and harmoniousdevelopment of sports and socialist society, but also one of the basic functions of the government indeveloping Sports career. More importantly, it is also the basic guarantee to meet people’s needs and a partof the basic public services. At present, it is of vital significance to do research on the development ofpublic sports service in the city, which acts as the leader of the city sports public service. In this paper, byusing the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logicalanalysis, it aims at investigating some relevant problems of sports public service in urban residents.According to the specific situation of sports public service demand of urban residents in Puyang city, thepaper explores the deficiencies in its development and study the accelerating sports public service schedulemeans, the purpose is to provide theoretical support for the development of Puyang city sports publicservice.This study covers three aspects, including the public fitness project service demand, public facilitiesservice demand, public guidance service demand three aspects of investigation and study, sports publicguidance services including technical support of the sports fitness and sports activities to organize andguide service, sports information guidance service, sports fitness evaluation guidance services. The surveyshows that(1)Service in public sports fitness projects: The sports activities conducted by Puyang city residentsare various but the proportion of the population of considering the spots as part of their daily is on the lowside。On the high low-end sports, they are partial to low requirements of sports in technical and spacefacilities.(2)In terms of the public sports facilities, most urban residents will pick free of puyang city and nearthe residence environment is relatively good places for sports, and choose to charge or units, schools andother places for the residents of the sports activities are relatively few. These features and puyang cityresidents’ sports consumption idea and units, schools and other places of puyang city’s openness.(3)Sports guidance of public services, the city residents to exercise technical guidance services, to organize and guide service, information guidance and sports fitness evaluation guidance services. Residentsin sports activities, pay more and more attention to sports fitness technical mastery, and hope to get thegovernment and public service organization under the leadership of sports fitness activities, and expectthrough public information service guide for sports information, also hope that through physical fitnessevaluation guidance to their sports fitness effect evaluation.In order to solve the existing problems, I will put forward the following Suggestions:(1)The government should expand the scope of functions, improve the policies andregulations,adhere to administration according to law, and protect the rights of public sports.(2)In the urbanization development planning, the reasonable sports public service constructionplanning is blended in among them; For the sustainable development of the construction of sports publicservices; In reasonable planning of urban construction land, and to consider land for sports facilities, reducethe distance of Puyang city and the public sports facilities services.(3)The government should make full use of social resources, encourage private organizations toparticipate in the sports culture construction and Intensify the building of sports facilities; More sportsfacilities maintenance funding; Instead of part of the maintenance expenses ways to encourage schools andenterprises and institutions to open sports facilities.(4)Into the sports fitness groups, develop sports public service personnel volunteers; To exploit anddevelop around the school physical education teachers, encouraging them to use leisure time devoted tosports public service; Cultivating sports administrative workers and the quality of the public servicedirector, improve the effect of sports public guidance services.(5)Sports public service evaluation, as one of the government performance evaluation way, formulatereasonable effective sports public service standards and evaluation, to evaluate the effect of sports publicservices.
