The Fundamental Principles Proposed by the New Curriculum is for the benefit of various students and promoting the development of students’ personality. Based on this paper, the core issue to be studied mainly concerns with "the construction and evaluation of high school biology learning database with multiple levels". Through the establishment of learning database with multiple levels apt to build a platform for personalize learning and automatic learning, thereby enhancing the biological literacy of students, as well promoting innovation of teachers and professional development in teaching methods.At the beginning, the concept of learning database with multiple levels was defined through the method of searching documents. Then the context of the database and the sifting principals were the result of questionnaire and interviews acquiring for the current situation and requirements of biology learning resources in high school. The resources of curriculum for learnng were created from three modules of Knowledge Architecture, Knowledge Test and Knowledge Extension. At last, the influence of the database to students with different levels was comprehensively evaluated by the way of experiment studying.The high school biology learning database with multiple levels is not only for students but also provides the requisite materials for teachers to benefit the teaching. During the process of using the database, students can realize the subjectivity of learning and the interestingness of acquiring the knowledge of biology. Layered biology practice let the students have the chance to get the optimization of developing in the closest zone. The experiment shows such studying database have the advantages of increasing the students’ interests in learning biology, improving the classes’ performance and benefiting the professional development of teachers. It is in need of enforcing interactivity, openness and co-operation in building the database in the meantime. Based on the students’ feedback, the database has to be further perfected to make it become an important platform for students with different levels to master scientific learning methods, develop the self-cognition and learn the autonomous learning.The study, which is "high school biology learning database with multiple levels", involving with the New Curriculum, holding the idea of teaching students accordance of their aptitude and promoting students’ automatic learning, has a positive practical significance to a certain extent.
