The Survey About Community Support For Preschool Education In New Rural

In China, rural pre-school education is lagging behind. Preschool teachers, children parent group and poor educational resources are not sufficient to support the development of rural preschool education,therefore it is necessity for the community to support its development. The documentation "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" stressed that it is important to develop preschool education and it should be taken into the plan of new rural construction. It is possible that develop preschool education by community support in new rural construction.On the basis of the ecology of human development theory and the theory of social support,theoretical discussions is about the definition of community support for preschool education in the new rural, the subject and object, the subject’s responsibility and the function of community support for preschool education in new rural.In this study,we take D community community as example by observation and interviews to understand the development of D community, the present situation of community support for preschool education, Then, analyse the problems that exist in the community support and influence factors;Finally put forward suggestions to improve the community support. There are three main factors affecting the community support for preschool education,the lack of the cognition of preschool education and community support; lack of sensitivity to community support requirements; the lack of community support effective platform.Based on the analyze results, put forward suggestions to improve the new rural community support,the researcher suggests that,First of all, clear the demand of preschool education and increase pre-school social resources; secondly, enhance the awareness of the importance of preschool education; Thirdly, take preschool education as the center to build a support network; Fourth,enhance community members’ability to support pre-school education.
