Preschool education involves the improvement of the physical and mental development of children and the improvement of the national quality. It is an important social public welfare undertaking. At present, all the countries in the world are promoting the development of preschool education, and it is an important task of the government. In recent years, with the development of education, the attention paid to preschool education is not enough. Currently, the major cities in the country exist the problems of different to get into kindergarten and expensive to get into kindergarten, the development of rural preschool education faces more severe challenges. From 2010, various policies began to tilt to the rural preschool education, in order to completely change the present situation of rural pre-school education. What is the development direction of rural education and the existing problems, how to solve? What is the bottleneck of the development of rural pre-school education, etc. These problems are the problems which scholars and national administrative personnel need to seriously think about.We have made good achievements in preschool education in recent years. But we still have a long way to go. This article analyze the outstanding contradictions and propblems in the preschool education by investing the development of rural preschool education. Drawing on foreign experience,I put forward some suggestions on how to develop our preschool education.In combination with the new situation in practical research,I do research on problems in the basic situation.,development model and typical experience.I emphasize to put forward solution to these problems. In this paper, what we study mainly includes the following parts:First, on pre-school education and rural pre-school education on keywords describs solution; From rural pre-school education present situation, existing problems and causes, and has put forward the countermeasures from three aspects, the literature review, theoretical research at home and abroad to understand the rural pre-school education development present situation and development trend at home and abroad, to determine the research content and research methods;In the second place, from the development of rural preschool education in China, the current situation of the development of that case inside and outside environment;System of induction nearly 10 years of preschool education in the chaoyang county of north ticket data, from the development of rural preschool education, the development policy in recent years, the construction situation, the mode of kindergarten and teachers construction and other aspects of research, focuses on analyzing ticket chaoyang north county in the development process of preschool education problems and successful experience;Third, guided by the theory of public services such as education fairness, adopts case study method, questionnaire survey method to chaoyang north county pre-school education development case statistical data analysis, analyzed the reason;Fourth, in combination with the practical situation of chaoyang county of north ticket, from many aspects put forward the countermeasures and solutions to the development of rural preschool education, form a more scientific and rational rural pre-school education management system, which is applied in practice, promote the development of preschool education in our city.
