Entrepreneurship began in the business, through the whole life. Whatever beingsuccessful otherwise, it will be a precious experience to entrepreneurs. Based on thesituation of higher education into the popularization stage, the constantly promotingeconomic structure transformation, the employment problems of university studentsare facing new challenges. For this reason, university students’ entrepreneurship hasimportant significance.However, due to entrepreneurship education in China started relatively late, thelack of Social entrepreneurship atmosphere and the lagging of the government’ssupporting policies, university students’ entrepreneurship often woes. In order topromoting the development of university students’ entrepreneurship, improving thesuccess rate of entrepreneurship and contributing to regional economic development,this research, choosing the one case study method, focus on the university students’entrepreneurial process to deeply analyze the current entrepreneurship majordifficulties that university students have to conquer. Based on this, researcher couldput forward constructive comments and suggestions.This study is divided into four parts. The second part of case analysis is to findout the present situation of university students entrepreneurship, entrepreneurshipeducation mode and the curriculum provision of entrepreneurship education in thiscase. The third part demonstrates that the lack of entrepreneurship opportunity, theinsufficiency of entrepreneurship knowledge and ability and the lack of integrationresources are the dilemmas that university students are facing when they choose toown their business. From the perspective of government, universities and society, thefourth part of this study is going to give targeted suggestions and advices.
