As the representatives of Confucianism and the pioneers of traditional culture,pre-qin Confucian scholars own a lot of brilliant ideas about adult learning in theprocess of preaching,teaching and explaining,in the practice of writing,speaking anddebating.At present,there are many learning drawbacks in the process of adult learnersin China to practice lifelong learning,how to draw the essence of pre-qin Confucianthought,it have a positive and far-reaching significance for the solution of thesedrawbacks and for the promotion of adult learners to practice lifelong learning.In thispaper,there are four parts:the pre-qin Confucian lifelong learning thoughts,the basictheory of lifelong learning,the main problems existing in the process of adult learnersto practice lifelong learning and the enlightenment of pre-qin Confucian thought foradult learners to practice lifelong learning,which give a tentatively Research on thistopic in order to explore the regular of adult learners to practice lifelong learning withthe perspective of the pre-Qin Confucianism and have certain effect to fill the blanksof the study of lifelong learning in our country.This paper focuses on the thesis:The Theoretical Study of Contemporary AdultLearners to Practice Lifelong Learning——Based on the Sight of the Pre-qinConfucianism,and divide into four chapters to make a study.The first part reviews the pre-qin Confucian lifelong learning thoughts.Thesecond part combed the pre-qin Confucian thought lifelong learning. This part mainlythrough combing the lifelong learning concept,lifelong learning purpose,lifelonglearning conditions,lifelong learning process,lifelong learning method,lifelonglearning meaning,it has carried on the system summary and induction of pre-qinConfucian,and solve the "what" questionThe second part introduces the basic theory of lifelong learning. It is to define thebasic connotation of lifelong learning and make a clear educational values of lifelonglearning,the comparison between lifelong learning and lifelong education and learningsociety, in order to provide basic preparation of subsequent research and solve the"what" question also.The third part discusses the main problems existing in the process of adultlearners to practice lifelong learning.Under the sight of pre-qin Confucianism,it divideinto six aspects to analyzes and summarizes thoroughly to solve the mainproblems,which conclude the ambiguity of learning concept,the utilitarian of learning purpose, the limit of learning conditions,the fragmentation of learning process,thesimplification of learning methods,the partial understanding of learning significanceand the simplistic understanding of learning factors.It make efforts to solve the " why"questions.The forth part describes the enlightenment of pre-qin Confucian thought for adultlearners to practice lifelong learning.In order to solve the main problems in the secondpart,it put forward the countermeasures in seven aspects accordingly, including set upthe correct learning concept and recognize learning substance thoroughly,adjustlearning purpose flexiblely and straighten learning attitude actively,expand learningconditions totally and utilize learning resources fully,understand the complexity of thelearning process deeply and improve the quality of the theory and practiceconstantly;enrich the learning methods and weaken the inertial effect of experiencestudy;understand learning significance comprehensively and shape "relentlesslyresourceful" knowledge learning behavior.In order to provide certain feasible path forthis paper from theory to practice,and provide some enlightenment for adult learnersto practice lifelong learning.It make efforts to solve the " how " questions.
