The party and the state regard the building of a learning society as an important goal and strategic deployment for the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The construction of a learning society needs the participation of every member of the society,and the lifelong learning of the whole people is an important feature of a learning society.The important way to realize the lifelong learning of the whole people is adult education,especially adult higher education,which is bound to play an irreplaceable role in the construction of a learning society.In the educational development plan,the party and the state repeatedly emphasize the active development of continuing education.With the concept of learning-oriented society,universal learning and lifelong education put forward,the concept of lifelong education has been rapidly popularized,with the rapid development of economy and technology,and the change of the trend of The Times,which calls for learners who keep pace with The Times.Under the background of the new era,the call of the central committee of the communist party of China and the promotion of social trends,China's adult higher education has shown a good development prospect and innovation trend,but also faced unprecedented challenges.There are many problems in the management of adult higher education.Particularly in incomplete management system and management system,uncomprehensivesupervision and evaluation mechanism,poor regulation of government leading,shortage of policy and funds,unit marginalizedadult higher education school,low standard,running a school with a profit colour,utilitarian education object,uneventeaching faculty,weak internal management,narrowchannel of teaching process management,etc.All of the above have restricted the healthy and sustainable development of adult higher education to some extent.As a result,under the guidance of the learning society,combing the present situation of adult higher education in our country,analyze the key problems restricting the development of adult higher education in our country,combining with the causes of problems,and actively explore new era under the background of our country's adult higher education management reform countermeasures,closely around the lifelong learning society construction,and put forward practical and feasible management measures,to the lifelong learning under the background of adult higher education development is important theoretical and realistic significance.TakingLiaoning Normal University as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the management system and management ability of adult higher education in China.The first chapter is about the history of adult higher education.The connotation of lifelong education and lifelong learning and their logical relationship are defined through specific concepts,and the meaning of adult higher education is defined.This paper summarizes the research of adult higher education at home and abroad through literature review.The second chapter combs the birth and development of lifelong education,expounds the characteristics,connotation and requirements of adult education in the context of building a lifelong learning society.The third chapter takesLiaoning Normal University as the research object to analyze the problems of adult higher education in China.The fourth chapter expounds the current situation of adult higher education in Liaoning Normal University and further analyzes the causes of the problems in adult higher education in China.The fifth chapter combines the existing problems and causes in our country.Put forward feasible management measures around the construction of lifelong learning society.Suggestions are put forward respectively on the construction of national management system and the strengthening of school management.It provides reference for the further deepening of the reform and development of adult higher education in China,promoting the healthy development of lifelong learning for all,and promoting the vigorous construction of learning society.
