| Although emotion is part of the concept in Psychology, as the objects of studyare different, emotion has different connotation in different fields. Because of thepower of emotion and the particularity of special-grade teachers, I decided to studythe professional emotions of special-grade teacher. Although emotion is built on thebasis of understanding, emotion itself also has the independence and initiative,emotion is the catalyst which turns knowledge into action. While the special-gradeteacher is the particular group of teaching body, studying on them can providereference for other teachers.Based on the literature and investigation, we built a theoretical framework whichcontains the subject of emotionã€the object of emotion and emotion itself. The subjectof emotion is special-grade teacher, the object of emotion is studentã€knowledgeã€teaching and colleague, the emotion itself contains loveã€passionã€responsibility andconscience. Then through investigation, we try to find the feature of special-gradeteachers’ professional emotion by comparing with common teachers, and find out thereason. Combined psychology and investigation, we also analyze the function ofspecial-grade teachers’ professional emotion.The study found out that, compared with common teachers, special-gradeteachers show self consciousnessã€positive〠inherited and stabilityã€firmness andstressful on the general characteristics of professional emotion. On its outwardmanifestation, we found that special-grade teachers show the equalityã€rationalityã€fairnessã€respect and dedication in the feelings of students. And show devotionã€enthusiasm and actively seeking in the feelings of knowledge. Show affectionã€creation in the feeling of teaching, and show sharing and guidance in the feelings ofcolleagues. We also found that the formation of professional emotional characteristicsof special-grade teachers are influenced by national policyã€familyã€societyã€schoolã€teacher education and individual. This kind of emotion also help them better adapting,stimulate their motivation to work, help them organize the teaching work, coordinateinterpersonal relations and promote the professional growth.According to the results, we found that the range of special-grade teachers’professional emotion is wider and the degree is deeper, and we realize the power of emotion, but we also found that the emotion of teachers is seldom cared, eventeachers themselves pay little attention to their feelings. Therefore, in teachereducation, we need to promote the reform of pre-service teacher education model,play the role of emotion in teacher training, improve the management of teachers, andimprove teachers’ personal professional emotion training. |
