Teacher’s professional leadership development is an inevitable requirement of teachers’ professional development. The reform and development of education depends on teachers’ professional development and promote teachers’ professional development at the same time. Special grade Teacher is the dominant force of teacher group, their status and development can affect the quality of the whole group of teachers to a great extent. It is worthy for us to study the promotion methods of teacher’s professional leadership, then better promote teachers’ professional development.The professional leadership of Special grade teacher’s is actually an influence in the school community activities.Special grade teacher by itself has the professionalism of the elements such as professional knowledge, teaching and researching ability, professional guidance and amateur elements such as teachers’ own personality charm, team cohesion, etc, formed to other teachers, school and regional comprehensive influence in the field of education and the professional.The professional leadership of Special grade teacher was more of an emphasis on sharing,cooperating, demonstrating and leading, etc. Teachers professional leadership is fully tap their own potential resources and maximize the increase teachers’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity, in turn, the important measures to improve teaching quality of education.Based on Special grade teachers in Jiang xi province as the research sample,through questionnaire survey and interviews from personality charisma, the leading force, the research of teaching guide, team cohesion, professional guidance forces for the guidance of young teacher professional development, learning, growing improvement of six aspects to do research and make analysis on the present situation and problems of Special grade teacher’s professional leadership. Survey found that Special grade teacher professional leadership development did not achieve the ideal state, its development influenced by various factors, main factors affecting the education administrative department of the reappraisal, light tube, superfine teacher professional leadership development lack of policies to lead; The heavy burden of School work, lack of supportive culture environment of professional leadershipdevelopment; The influence of Special grade teacher’s personal qualities. In view of the above factors and then put forward the measures for the management of Special grade teacher, guide and standardize the policy; Build good cultural environment for the development of the teachers’ professional leadership; Improve the quality of personal advice.
