| Education Reforming and developing depends on teachers’ professional development, and promote the professional development as well. Special-grade teachers as the backbone of the entire teacher populations, to some extent their good status and developmrnt also affect the progress and development of education.Previous studies have mainly focused on the developing process of novice teachers to grade teacher, this paper is to discusses the development of the special grade teacher after honor.Special-grade teachers are the outstanding representatives in primary and secondary schools, they are the example in morality, the model in education and the expert in teaching. This paper combined the responsibility-description from each provinces to raise that the special grade teachers after honor should show their own values in morality leading, educational concept demonstration, teaching demonstration, research demonstration, teacher training and education supporting.Depend on that, this paper regard Jiangxi Special-grade teachers as the samples, to research and analysis the position changes, teaching status, researching status,learning and training status, guiding younger teachers, and self-developing expectations after honor via questionnaires and interviews. While the survey find that special grade teacher "after honor" do not achieve the desired developed state, the main problems and reasons are as following: the education administrative departments focusing on judging rather than managing, lack of supporting policies for development after honor; heavier workload in school, supportive cultural environment missed for the development after honor; various roles for special grade teachers, result in that sustainable development beyond their grasp.Considering the above problems and cause analysis, accordingly recommendations to promote special grade teacher "after Honor " are: the educational administrative departments and schools to release appropriate policies for special grade teachers and create a favorable external environment, provide "academic" support, build professional development platform;in personal the special grade teachers should stimulate the enthusiasm in self-development, strive for the excellence courageously !This paper aims to stimulate the special grade teachers’ sustained enthusiasm after honor, and do well in continued motivation, demonstration, radiation and leading role, provide a theoretical and practical basis for the special grade teacher development after honor. |
