Fundamentally vocational education drives the economies, promotes social harmony,achieves the talents training, and satisfies the demand of all kinds of people.Developing vocational education vigorously and accelerating the development ofhuman resources are the major measure that can carry out the strategy of developing thecountry by relying on science and education, the strategy of reinvigorating China throughhuman resource development, advice China taking the new path of industrialization, solvethe problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and promote the employment.Developing vocational education vigorously and accelerating the development ofhuman resources are the important way that can enhance the national qualitycomprehensively, translate Chinese huge population pressure into human resourcesadvantages, enhance Chinese comprehensive national strength and build a harmonioussociety.Chinese vocational education has experienced the glory of the ancient vocationaleducation, the lagging development of modern vocational education and the ups and downsdevelopment of contemporary vocational education, compared with the vocationaleducation of the developed western countries, the development of Chinese vocationaleducation speeded more slowly, the foundation of Chinese vocational education wasweaker, the idea of vocational education idea was more static, the school-running modesneeded to be improved. Therefore, developing vocational education vigorously andcultivating high-quality laborers are the important strategic task of vocational education inChina now.Belgium’s vocational education system is perfect, the teacher training system is strict,vocational education laws and regulations is complete, the apprenticeship training way hastrained lots of applied talents for Belgium. Belgium’s vocational education respects thestudents’ personality development, focuses on ability oriented, does it all for thedevelopment of the students, adheres to the employment as the guidance, pays attention totraining students’ practical operating ability, services in the front line of the production andmanagement really. Although the cultural background in China and Belgium is different,the successful experience of vocational education in Belgium is worth using for referenceand studying. Using comparative research, historical research, literature analysis and investigationresearch, comparing the differences of the perfect vocational education system, teachersmanagement and the method of talents training in China and Belgium, this paper has madean analysis of the current situation and existing problems of vocational education in ourcountry, and puts forward some constructive solutions: improving the value orientation ofvocational education in our country, optimizing the input of vocational education,establishing the vocational education cooperation mechanism among the government,enterprises and schools, establishing a high quality vocational education teachers team.Making reference of the advanced experience of vocational education in Belgium, startingfrom the Chinese own actual situation, the pace of China’s vocational education reform anddevelopment should be speeded up, and the vocational education with Chinesecharacteristics should be developed vigorously too, by means of adjusting measures tolocal conditions and planning reasonably.
