Under the background of economic globalization, China should conform with international,win active advantage, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, sustainableand rapid development of economy, society, accelerate the construction of socialistmodernization, we need high levels of professional skills to make contributions to thecountry.Increase the excellent talent reserve, to vigorously develop the occupation education.Occupation education to the sustained and stable development, the overall quality of keyin-service teachers continue to improve.Therefore, countries attach more and more importance to the team construction of teachers’occupation education, advocate strengthening the work of staff of vocational educationteachers.To a certain extent, vocational teachers team construction obtained great achievement,the overall quality of teachers has been greatly improved.But at the same time, we also clearlysee, teachers’ training is still a weak link in the development of China’s occupation education,construction of teacher’s training system is still in the primary stage of development.There arestill many problems to be solved in the process of the training system of teachers managementreform and development in china,Such as: the lack of scientific research and analysis of trainingneeds, Training Goal blindly, training plan disorder, training methods, training effect is notobvious single useless, vocational school teachers’ satisfaction problems; causes the currentvocational teacher training institutions (base) to provide teacher training services can not fullymeet the vocational school teachers and occupation education development needs.In this study, education, occupation education and human resources management relatedtheory, analyzing the present situation of occupation education teacher training and conclude themain problems, explore scientific data training quality management system into the ISO10015international standards of teachers in our country, also funded training institutions teacher in China (base) to provide inspiration and reference for training work.
