Shanxi XingRui women’s basketball club was founded in2011.The team was a successful getting inChinese women’s basketball league. It is the first time to obtain the championship as the identity of "thenewly promoted". It is a new miracle in the history of WCBA, which they won the championship for thefirst time. However, after analyzing the Shanxi XingRui women’s basketball club personnel staff, we foundthat its localization strategy faces a very awkward predicament. Based on this, as the title of "ShanxiXingRui Reserve Talents of Women’s Basketball Club Investigation and Analysis", the author draws someconclusions following aspects:Firstly, Although Shanxi XingRui women’s basketball club was founded for a relatively short time,many elite female basketball players were introduced from other clubs even foreign basketball clubs,thereby the whole team made a series of remarkable achievements in all kinds of major events. Since thebeginning of the establishment of the team, it has constructed clear development goals, systematicdevelopment plans, advanced operation and management mode and so on. I believe the team will achievemore excellent results in the near future.Secondly, while Shanxi XingRui women’s basketball club gets rapid development, it also faces manyproblems. Especially, it met difficulties that lack of localization development personnel. This is not onlybecause of women’s basketball club’s immature talent introduction mechanism, also the low-number andquality personnel in personnel training class.Thirdly, at present, Shanxi young women’s basketball team has perfect management system; reasonablecoaches age and educational structure; systematic daily training plan. Meanwhile, the Reserve basketballcoaches training Base also faces single sources of coaches, inadequate late training, the number of teamswith the actual platform is to be rich. This greatly limits their training quality and efficiency.Fourth, as one of reserve base in Shanxi XingRui women’s basketball club personnel training, it alsohas a clear management system, specific training content, rich game platforms, perfect facilities. There arealso problems that high levels of college women’s basketball training institutions are not enough, thequality of personnel training is poor. Fifth, another important reason is that localization professionals are short of the necessarycommunication, exchanges and cooperation between the club and the reserve base. It does not convey thestandard of talent need to the reserve base, or make use of the club’s talent and resources to improvetraining quality. At the same time, it could not construct smooth personnel transport mechanism, therefore,the phenomenon about the shortage and wastage of human resources shows up. To solve all aboveproblems, the author proposes: on one hand, Shanxi sports management departments should strengthen thereserve basketball training base, strengthen the propaganda of basketball, create a good studentsenvironment. On the other hand, each of the secondary school in Shanxi should enhance the personnelbasketball training. Women’s basketball team should strengthen the teaching reform activities in high-leveluniversity, especially the cooperation between reserve training base and the club, thus we can achieve abreakthrough in Shanxi basketball training base of the reserve, and provide a rich and high-qualitybasketball talent resources in Shanxi XingRui women’s basketball club.
