Survival And Development Of The Private Vocational Education In Henan Province

In2012, the program of Central Plains Economic Zone construction was approved by state council,Henan province begins to accelerate the speed of economic construction, so we need a lot of labor force tosupport the construction of Henan province in Central Plains Economic Zone. However, the number ofpublic vocational collage is very limited, and the training mechanism of these collage is very Rigid, so thatthe labor force export can not fit the needs of society, the appearance of the private vocational collage isvery necessary.The private vocational collage has lots of autonomy, and it is guided by markets, its sponsoring way isvery flexible, the reform of private vocational collage is easier than public vocational collage. However,nowadays, the proportion of private vocational collage in Henan province is very low, compare to thepublic vocational collage, the level of teacher’s ability is not higher and the teaching equipment is not richer.The running mode and the major setting is the same as the public vocational collage, so that the superiorityof the private vocational collage is not significant. So we need study and survey the situation of privatevocational collage and find out the solution of the problem.This article will find out the problems of the private vocational collage, by study the data of thequantity of the private vocational collage, the quality of the teachers and teaching equipment, major setting,enrollment and so on, and we will find some solutions to the these problems by comparing the major settingand the industry structures in Henan province, study the new mode of running school,the new mode ofteaching design and curriculum setting, the reform of management and function.At last, this article will form a clear map of the development of private vocational education in thehistory and nowadays, in Henan Province, and investigate the way out in the context of the industrystructure adjustment and development of the Central Plains Economic Zone Construction in HenanProvince so that we can propose some new practical countermeasures adjust to the situations in HenanProvince.
