Science&Technology Inquiry Study Of Focusing On Technology Design And Practice

The Outline of Curriculum Reform in Basic Education (Trial) which was promulgated in2001, vigorously advocated the ways of independent, cooperation and inquisition learning. And in recent years, independent, cooperation and inquisition study way is being fully embodied, with the General Technology and the Syntheitcal Practice Curriculum arrangement. The thesis investigates the issue of how to implement the Standards of Technology Curriculum in the inquiry Study of technology design and practice by the way of Action Research. It exploratory expounds the framework elements, the status and role, the content selection, the design of objective, which combines the characteristic of technology course and base on theoretical research of Science&Technology Inquiry Study and the summary of practice. And it gives further reinforce and demonstration by some specific cases, as the Inquiry Study of how can design a bridge and making it just using paper, etc.The main conclusion of this paper is that it not only implement the concept of the Standards of Technology, but all so it can greatly stress the students’ principal position,which can greatly increase the students’ interest in learning, abilities of problem-solving, abilities of comprehensive practical, abilities of team cooperation with the way of Science&Technology Inquiry Study, and it all so can increase the students’ literacy of science and technology. More importantly, it makes the teachers and schools acting as passive performers of curriculum into main fore of the curriculum, and it all so makes them participate in the practice and perform national curriculum of high school creative according to the curriculum standards of national Technology, situation of the school and need of each individual student, and meanwhile, achieve the goal of redevelopment and construct the concrete curriculum of high school General Technology according to the development of schools and students.
