Sensing Technology In The Experimental Exploration Of The New Chemistry Curriculum

Transducer technology is a new kind of experimental method which combines the computer and the microelectronic technique.It is easy-to-conduct,visual,real-time and fix quantity and so on.In recent years,it is widely applied in the science experimental teaching.The application of transducer technology in chemical experiment teaching not only makes it possible for students to understand and master the advanced science and technology,but also transforms their studying ways,raises their science inquisition abilities and the innovative spirits.It has realized the logos which the new curriculum reform has advocated to cultivate the students' scientific culture.With the guidance of teaching theory and techniques,combining the attention of the new curriculum reform to experiment inquiry,we introduced inquiry into experiments.In September of 2006,we set an elective course of applying transducer technology to chemical experiments. The elective course lasted three semesters.According to different goals,we used different teaching models which are instruct-inquiry,the cooperation-inquiry and the independent-inquiry teaching models.We tried to discuss the ways and the models of implementing the transducer technology in the middle school chemical experiments.The practice research indicated that it was feasible to apply the transducer technology to the chemical experiment inquiry elective in middle school.It is helpful to stimulate students' study interest,sharpen their operating ability,exchange cooperation ability,and power their innovation ability.
